Notes: Organic, 35yr old vines, native yeast.
Description: The ultimate wine in-a-box. Beautiful purple color with very tight aromas of violets and wild berries. Old-vines tend to pick-up more mineral character from the soil and this wine is no exception. Juniper berries, milk chocolate, and garrigue spices comes to mind upfront. Hints of oak resin and vanilla toward the finish.
